Retained by UNESCO to assess capacity-building needs for World Heritage site managers across Latin America and the Caribbean. Delivered a governance presentation at the Trinidad, Cuba workshop; authored needs analyses for the Historic Centre of Oaxaca and Monte Albán; co-facilitated a three-day binational workshop for the Talamanca Range–La Amistad World Heritage site; and led a training workshop in Santo Domingo on visitor management and governance.
