Assessed the tourism and private sector development context across several regions of Albania, covering governance, economic, civil society, and environmental dimensions. Returned to organize and lead a national three-day stakeholder workshop that prepared and endorsed a three-year sustainable tourism implementation plan for three key tourism regions.
