Developed a five-year Tourism Action Plan for the Honduran tourism sector, proposing systemic interventions, expected results and targets, plans for stakeholder collaboration, and an implementation approach for each intervention area. One of four systemic action plans developed under the USAID/Honduras Transforming Market Systems Program.
